The heating of the cleaning liquid is automatic heating mode. The cleaning temperature is set by the temperature controller, and the opening amount of the steam regulating valve is controlled to limit the amount of steam to maintain the cleaning liquid at the required temperature. The liquid level in each tank of the CIP station is automatically alarmed and indicated. When the concentration of the cleaning liquid decreases, the concentrated acid and alkali are added manually. The cleaning process is converted by manually operating the corresponding pipeline valves, artificial water replenishment is carried out when the tank is short of water.
