1. When carrying out this system, it is necessary to ensure that all parts of machinery and equipment can operate normally.
2. During the fermentation process, it is necessary to ensure that the pressure in the tank does not exceed 0.17 MPa.
3. When discharging waste water and purified water, the remaining water entrained in the emulsification tank should be removed. Otherwise, it will cause the inner barrel of the emulsifying tank to squeeze flat, thereby damaging the machinery and equipment. When purifying water, if it contains too much condensate, it will cause the cell culture solution to be diluted and cannot meet the process standards.
4. After completing the evaporation and condensation stages, it is forbidden to have air pressure in the emulsification tank to avoid environmental pollution and damage to mechanical equipment.
During the fermentation process, ensure that the pressure in the tank is stable within the range of 0.03 ~ 0.05MPa to prevent environmental pollution.
6. In the process of steam heating, when using collet to pass steam for heating, it is necessary to ensure that the working pressure of steam inlet is within the working pressure range of the system and does not exceed 0.2MPa. Otherwise, it will cause damage to the emulsion tank.
Please confirm whether each barometer in the emulsification tank has completed metrological verification and is still within the validity period of metrological verification.
Check whether the measurement verification of each barometer in the emulsion tank is effective and within the measurement verification period. If the time limit is exceeded, the instrument panel that has been metrology verified and is within the validity period of the metrological verification shall be replaced. Check whether the valve needs to be replaced, and use domestic water for cleaning every shift.
When the machine equipment of the emulsifying tank is stopped, it needs to be cleaned in time to drain the residual water in the emulsifying tank and each pipeline; at the same time, loosen the tank cover and hand hole screw of the emulsifying tank to avoid deformation of the sealing ring. It is forbidden to immediately contact household appliances, instrument panels, sensors and other electronic equipment with water or steam to avoid causing moisture.
