Emulsification tank is a container for mixing and emulsifying materials, which can be designed into various forms such as positive pressure, negative pressure, vacuum and normal pressure according to production requirements. A pressure vessel generally refers to a closed device that can carry a certain pressure and contain a gas or liquid. The emulsification tank is usually made in the form of atmospheric pressure, but it can also be designed in the form of a container that can withstand high pressure according to actual production needs. Therefore, although the emulsification tank belongs to a type of pressure vessel, it is not limited to this.

The emulsification tank can not only be designed as a container with pressure, but also can be configured with heating, cooling and heat preservation functions as required. The heating emulsifying tank can be heated by electric heating or steam, the heat preservation material can be made of polyurethane foam material or pearl cotton material with high temperature resistance and aging resistance, and the output shaft of the emulsifying tank and the emulsifying stirring paddle are connected by coupling. The structure of the emulsifying tank can be made according to the special requirements and sizes of users.

The emulsification process of the emulsification tank has many different types and operating conditions are also different. For the pressure vessel, the operation needs to be more in line with the specifications, so more care needs to be taken when operating the pressure type emulsification tank. Emulsification tanks are widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other fields, with the advantages of energy saving, corrosion resistance, high production capacity, simple structure, convenient cleaning and so on.

The emulsification agitator is a device fixed on the emulsification tank to produce high shear and emulsification. It is composed of a motor, a shaft and a rotating stator. The rotating stator is its core component, and the emulsification effect of the material mainly depends on it.

The rotor of the emulsification mixer can be classified into the following types according to the structure: slotted ring type, closed slotted ring type, four straight blade rotor, three curved blade rotor, multi-layer slotted ring type, etc. The stator of the emulsifying agitator can be classified into the following types according to the structure: straight slot open, straight slot closed, inclined slot open, inclined slot closed, mesh, round hole, multi-layer and so on. The working tightness of the emulsifying agitator can be classified as open (hanging, kettle mounted) type and with sealed emulsifying machine (machine seal, water seal, oil seal, magnetic transmission seal) type. The installation method of emulsifying agitator can be divided into lifting type, top installation and tank bottom installation.

The emulsifying and stirring device is a key component of the emulsifying tank, which can be widely used in the processing and manufacturing process of various fields such as fine chemicals, petrochemicals, daily chemicals, paint inks, biomedicine, food industry, and nanomaterials.
