The material is sucked into the working chamber from the upper and lower feeding areas of the working head simultaneously from the axial direction by the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating rotor. Centrifugal force throws the material from the radial direction into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and the rotor. At the same time, the material is subjected to centrifugal extrusion, pressure, impact and other forces, so that it is initially dispersed and emulsified.

At the same time, the material is subjected to centrifugal extrusion, pressure, impact and other forces, so that it is initially dispersed and emulsified. The outer end of the rotating rotor is adjusted to a linear velocity of at least 15 m/s, up to 40 m/s, resulting in strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, liquid layer friction and impact tearing. In this way, the material is fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized and broken through the stator slot. While the material is ejected radially at high speed, the flow direction is changed due to the resistance of the material itself and the container wall. In addition, under the action of the upper and lower axial suction forces generated in the rotor region, two strong wheezing flows are formed. After many cycles, the material completes the process of dispersion, emulsification and homogenization.
After understanding the working principle of the stainless steel emulsifying tank, we can then be more familiar with the operation process of the emulsifying tank.
Before the operation of the stainless steel emulsifying tank starts, some inspection work is required.
1. Check the stainless steel emulsion tank must have "equipment in good condition" and "clean" label;
2. Before adding materials to the stainless steel emulsifying tank, first open the purified water valve for spraying and cleaning, rinse the inner wall of the emulsifying machine, and discharge all the rinsing water.
3. It should be confirmed that the discharge valve at the bottom of the stainless steel emulsifying tank has been closed.
The fourth step is to turn on the power switch of the stainless steel emulsifying tank. At this time, the voltmeter should display 380V ± 5%, and the red power indicator should light up.
5.1. Open the observation light on the top cover and carefully check whether there are any foreign objects inside the emulsifier, especially hard objects, such as screws. This is to avoid collision and damage of the emulsifying head during high-speed operation.
2. Turn on the mirror lamp on the upper cover and check the inside of the emulsifier again to ensure that there is no foreign matter, especially hard objects, such as screws. This prevents collision and damage to the emulsifying head during high-speed operation.
6. Check the upper cover of the stainless steel emulsifying tank, which should be completely sealed with the body. If it is not sealed, it can be adjusted. The specific methods are as follows: 1) During the process of opening and closing the upper cover, the slow mixing and emulsifying head of the emulsifying machine must completely stop running; 2) Press the green "Rise" button, the upper cover of the emulsifying machine should automatically rise. When rising to the desired height, press the red "stop" button and the upper cover should stop rising. Press the green "down" button, the upper cover should automatically descend, when it is completely close to the fuselage, press the "stop" button to stop the descent;
7. Open the cooling water inlet and outlet valve of the emulsifier jacket to prepare for the emulsification operation.
After completing the above required operations, you can proceed to the next step.
