Principle:
The centrifugal high-speed emulsifying head has the characteristics of rotating, it can suck the material directly above the rotor and throw it to the stator at high speed, resulting in strong rotary suction. After high-speed shearing, the material is crushed, and then collected and sprayed at the outlet. At the same time, the anti-turbulence baffle at the bottom of the tank converts the rotating force into a vertical tumbling force, effectively mixing the materials in the tank evenly, preventing the powder from accumulating and agglomerating on the liquid surface, and realizing the effect of moisturizing and emulsifying.
